Helping With Chores....

Carver likes to come out to the barn to help with the chores. So I started giving him little jobs. He feeds the cat first. Then after I'm done divying out the beet pulp, he takes my small scoop and sneaks grain to all the horses in the stalls. They love him. Then he gives handfuls of hay to the horses while I'm giving them their regular amounts. Such a big helper! The camera died before I could get more pics, but I'll try to get some more in the next few days.

The batteries in the camera died. So it won't let me get the couple pics I have on there of Carver (only a couple pics as the batteries died before I could get more cute ones). But I plan on getting some at the store tomorrow if I remember. So hold out....more pics coming soon.....

Cupcake Thief!!!

So I went out to the mailbox to send out Carver's Valentine's cards. I had made cupcakes that morning and they were still cooling on the counter before I could frost them. I come back in the front door and Carver comes running out of the kitchen with cake on his face. I go in the kitchen to find he pushed his chair up to the couter and one of the cupcakes was missing its top. Then he proceeded to show me how he got to his cupcake, but wouldn't look me in the eye the entire time! I know where he gets his cupcake thievery from (his father!).

Making Out Valentines....

Carver helped make out his valentine day cards for his cousins and grandparents. So he helped me write his name and decorate them. Hope everyone enjoys them.

Tormenting the Dog Again.....

Carver seems to think the dogs love to play with him and that Bronco is his personal indoor horse. Here are some pics of him last night with them.

Ground Hog Day!!!

Well the buggar saw his shadow! Six more weeks of winter left to go!! Oh, well. It was a nice enough day (school was cancelled becuase the proffessor was sick). So after work and the gym, I hooked Chase up and off we went. He did good for a green broke cart horse sitting in the pasture untouched for a month and a half. So I had fun enjoying the weather. Sure wish spring would hurry up!!!
