Christmas Morning!!!
Carver had a blast. This was the first year he really started grasping the Santa concept. He found out we could "track" santa online on the Norad Santa site. Loved that and wanted to be sure first thing Christmas morning that Santa was home and safe. :P What a goof ball! The he was shy in front of the camera, but after a while, started tearing into the gifts. He got a ton of stuff and we had fun spoiling him this year. Here are a few pics of Carver that morning.

Working ponies....

Today was such a beautiful day. Caught all the ponies and worked them in the bitting rig. Bee is just a yearling, but she's doing great. Needs a lot more work on collection, but that'll come later on. Put Lisa in the bitting rig. She use to drive before becoming a broodmare. So we decided to get her driving again for next year. Should do well as she has a ton of natural action. And of course, Bugs. Awesome to see a horse collect himself and work. All that time and effort truely does pay off. :) Got to love having an awesome camera on my phone that I can then download onto my computer. :P

Well, Paul is getting next year off from the show season to relax, recoup and just be a horse. So the new leadline pony position falls onto Bugs. He did great as usual. He's broke to cart and throwing a saddle on usual doesn't take much effort for transistion. Carver is learning how to use the reins and voice commands this year and did pretty good. Of course, Bugs has a "are you serious...I have to do this" look on his face. Hahahaha! He'll get over it.

Whites Valley Dog Trial
Mike has gone and watch dog trials with his friends who compete for the last year. He decided to try it. Did okay. His dog needs more work and training, but I think he had fun non the less. We made an overnight camping trip out of it. Here are a couple pics are friends snapped as of course, we forgot our camera.

Fall Fun
We decided to go on a drive Saturday evening to see the fall colors. Brought the camera along to try to get some pics. Some are a bit crooked. But what can you do when you set the camera on the hood of the truck and let the timer go??? :D We then went to Paradise and had a nice dinner. It was a good evening out.
