Carver Dressing Himself...

Carver decided that his PJ shirt, a diaper and his stylish black boots are the perfect thing to wear today. I asked him if maybe he should include shorts or pants into the mix. He told me no. I'm so not in with what's cool to wear! Hahahaha!

Carver's First Baseball Game

A group of officers from Mike's work organized a family BBQ and baseball game activity. A couple of the guys were from California. And since the Bees were playing the Fresnos, they were all for this game. Anyways, Carver had fun. We bought him a kid's bat that has the Bee's logo on it. And I can promise you we fed him plenty, but he still wanted to eat the bat. Kids?!?!? Almost got him a foam finger too, but I figured he'd just eat it. I think me presumptions were on the right track! Hahaha!

Carver's New Room

We decided it was time to take the converted crib down and get him a real toddler bed. He had a butt load of books stuffed in a roll cart under his crib and it just wasn't big enough to hold them all. So we got him a book shelf too (but in order to fit the book shelf, the crib had to go). So needless to say, Carver got new furniture. He was so helpful in putting everything together too! And it left a nice big area for him to play in too.

Carver's First Rodeo

We went to the Ogden Pioneer Day's rodeo on Monday night with Mike's family. It was Carver's first rodeo and our first rodeo since Carver's been born (I know, how unreal of us, right??). Carver had a blast. He was tired by the time it got over, but overall a good boy. :)

Blackfoot Show

We had a successful show. Brought home lots of blue ribbons and awards. Chase got his first stakes win in driving and placed very high in his classes. He got a 3rd out of a class of about 9 in halter (which is very good). Took his hunter classes as well. RJ went all the way to supreme halter and took home the champion of champions for the shetlands (there was about 8 shetlands). I was super excited! Paul was a blast to show. We took the modern gelding and his roadster classes.

Carver and Showing....

The first night went to 1am. It was a long day and Carver actually stayed up to watch me show the ponies. I didn't get done showing them until after 11pm (he went to bed after halter around 10pm). A few late nights, but Carver was pretty good.
